Veteran of Have I Got News For You, Saturday Live, Tarbuck Late and The Clive James Show, Sean Meo is a class act with some of the most intelligent and topical material around. Smooth, dry and cuttingly funny, Meo swapped a career as a professional snooker player for comedy and quickly established himself as a serious player at the comedy clubs too, securing himself Time Out's Comedian Of The Year Award.

I am a London based musical comedian, and I have been performing on the UK circuit for just under 4 years.
In this time I have been a finalist in numerous national stand-up competitions and have performed regularly at some of the biggest comedy clubs in the UK including the London and Manchester Comedy Stores, the Leicester Square Theatre and Up the Creek, supporting acts such as Phil Wang and Zoe Lyons. Achievements to date include: Winner: Amused Moose National New Comic Award People’s Champion 2020 Winner: BCG Pro Starter Performance Award 2020 Musical Comedy Awards Finalist 2018 and 2020 The Stand-Up Club’s Get Up Stand Up New Act of the Year Finalist 2019 Shortlisted for the BAFTA Rocliffe TV Comedy Writing Initiative in 2019 for a sitcom co-written with Sasha Ellen 2nd: Phoenix Artist Club Cabaret Awards Leceister Square New Comedian of the Year Finalist 2017
She won the Edinburgh Tv Festivals New Talent Award and is a BAFTA crew Alum.
